Our shipper will return the cake to Jolie's bakery. You will need to contact us to reschedule delivery and pay for both delivery attempts. If you do not contact us within the same day, the cake will be discarded, and unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
To change delivery information, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust the delivery route accordingly. If you contact us too late, we may not be able to make the change.
We’re sorry, but our shippers can only deliver to the lobby of the building and cannot bring the cake directly to your floor or apartment.
In this case, we regret that we will not be able to provide further assistance, as we cannot determine whether the issue was caused by the shipper or after the cake was received. Therefore, we always encourage you to check your cake upon delivery.
You have the right to inspect the cake upon delivery and refuse to accept it if there are any issues. Please contact our hotline immediately for assistance.
You can also order cakes via Facebook or Instagram. However, due to the high volume of messages we receive daily, response times may be delayed. Therefore, we highly recommend placing your order directly through our website for the best experience.
You should place your order at least 5 days in advance to have access to all cake designs and to allow us ample time to prepare your order with the best quality.
Currently, Jolie only accepts online orders and pre-orders. We appreciate your understanding.
At the moment, for website orders, Jolie only accepts full payment (100%) at the time of ordering.
If you wish to change your cake selection, please contact us at least 3 days in advance so we can check if the necessary ingredients are available. If we have the required ingredients, we will accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee availability, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, the amount paid will be credited toward your next order. However, if you contact us less than 24 hours before, your order will already be in production, and unfortunately, we will not be able to process a cancellation.
All of our cakes are made with fresh ingredients and contain no preservatives. Please store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator’s cooling compartment as soon as you receive them (do not freeze). Cakes should not be kept at room temperature for more than 30 minutes, as they may melt. Only take the cake out of the fridge right before serving.
When stored properly, the cakes can be consumed within 3 days.
Unfortunately, we only produce our available designs and do not accept custom orders.
